Over the last few years the concept of Life Coaching has
been enjoying phenomenal growth as more and more people
discover the advantages for themselves. Life Coaching
is an interactive process within which a coach uses skilful
questions, tools and techniques, and facilitates their
client’s progress towards goals that will have a positive
impact on their lives.
The first coaching session lasts for
one-and-a-half hours and follow-up sessions last an
hour. The process depends on the client’s circumstances,
needs, etc., and a typical process takes between four
and twelve sessions but clients often realise the benefits
right from the first session.
